Winona H. Stover, 82, of Denton, died Friday, June 6, 2014 at the Atrium Medical Center in Corinth.
Mrs. Stover was born on September 14, 1931 in Denton to William Alexander and Bernetta Mae (Mack) Harper. She was married to Bill J. Stover on July 10, 1949 in Rockwall, he died on October 27, 2005. She was a member of Grace Temple Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and her husband, Judy and Ray France of Fort Worth; son and his wife, Tommy and Rose Stover of Fort Worth; sisters, Elsie Payne of Denton, Wanda Cozby of Denton; grandchildren, Shannon, Amber, Courtney, Ashley, Danielle, Chad; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Chloe, Aubrey, Brittany, Rylan, Paige, Kaleb.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 9, 2014 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 10, 2014 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton. Rev. Buddy Owens will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
