William "Gabby" Grant Wilson, 64, of Denton, died Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Atrium Medical Center in Corinth.
Mr. Wilson was born on November 3, 1950 in Kenvir, KY to Henry Adam and Gladys (Fultz) Wilson. He served in the United States Army in Vietnam. He was married to Brenda Morrow on November 1, 1980 in Euless, TX. He was a member of Singing Oaks Church of Christ, where he was very active in the Celebrate Recovery Program. He worked for Texas Instruments for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Morrow Wilson of Denton; daughters, Leigh Ann Bailey (David) of Denton, Corielle Wilson of Denton, Dianne Pickett of Maryland; stepdaughter, Sueanne Robinson of Pennsylvania; son, Grant Wilson of Virginia; sisters, Bobbie Czako of Holland, MI, Dolli Hiatt of Hobart, IN; brothers, M.B. Wilson of Tazewell, TN, G.D. Wilson of Garden City, MI, Andy Wilson of Tazewell, TN, Hank Wilson of Tazewell, TN, Tiny Wilson of Tazewell, TN; eight grandchildren, Chelsie, James, Colby, Justin, Elizabeth, Brooke, Gabe, Emma. He was Uncle Gabby to many Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Pauline Rose and Jackie Collins Wilson and his parents Henry Adam Wilson and Gladys Fultz Wilson
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Singing Oaks Church of Christ, 101 Cardinal Dr., Denton, TX. Ross Thomson will officiate the service.
