William Lee Byers, Jr., age 59, of Highland Village, TX, passed away, Sunday, August 16, 2009.

He was born September 7, 1949 in Largo, FL to William and Delores Overbeck Byers. He married Jane Andrews on August 14, 1982 in Atlanta, GA.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Jane of Highland Village; sons, Billy Byers and wife Haley of Parker Heights, TX, David Byers of Highland Village and Travis Byers; daughter, Tisha; sisters, Karen Erickson and Doreen Byers; brother-in-law, George Wall; also extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 24, 2009 at the Episcopal Church of the Annunciation in Lewisville. Burial will follow in the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery. Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home of Lewisville is in charge of arrangements.     Â
