William B. Rundels, age 82, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away Monday, August 17, 2009, in Lewisville.

He was born November 4, 1926 in Columbus, Ohio to Burnell Ralph Rundels and Mary Alice Watts Rundels. Bill served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. He married Alice Porter on August 15, 1967 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Bill was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is survived by his wife, Alice; daughters, Lori Crable, Lisa Keil and Debra Kayes; sons, Gregory Rundels, Steven Rundels, Bill Rundels and Craig Rundels and 23 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Gary Rundels.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2009, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 615 N. Macarthur Blvd., Coppell, Texas 75019. Burial will take place in the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.  The family requests memorial contributions made to the American Heart Association.
