Wanda Jewell Stone, age 74, of Lewisville, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2007 in Lewisville.
She was born January 2, 1933 in Bolivar, Texas to Clarence William Taylor and Alma Pearl Sons Taylor. She married Gene Stone on June 20, 1953 in Lewisville. Wanda was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Flower Mound.
She is survived by her husband, Gene; son, Stephen Stone of Central Point, Oregon; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Kirkpatrick of Lewisville and Doris Adams of Calera, Oklahoma and brother, Chuck Taylor of Lewisville.
Funeral service was held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Temple Baptist Church.
Interment followed at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville. Reverend Richard Wallace officiated the service. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Temple Baptist Church, 2501 Northshore, Flower Mound, Texas 75028.
