Walter Ray Howell, 78, of Justin, died Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at the Longmeadow Care Center in Justin.  He was born April 18, 1929 in Roanoke, TX to Murdock A. and Eula B. (Jones) Howell.  He attended Roanoke Public Schools and was a member of the Church of Christ.  He was a retired Presser for Denton Center Cleaners.

A Graveside Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, April 18, 2008  at Elizabeth Cemetery at Roanoke, TX  with  James Vinzant Officiating.

He is survived only by extended family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James  Alvin Howell.
