Vivian Mary Trietsch, 94, of Sanger, passed away on Friday, April 02, 2010 at her home. She was born August 29, 1915 in Fountain County, Indiana to Albert Moore and Mary Eva (Thayer) Gayler. She was a Retired Special Education Teacher and a member of the Blue Mound United Methodist Church. She was married to Joseph S. Moorman on July 23, 1935 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and he died May 29, 1954. She married Henry C. Trietsch on June 20, 1958 in Ft. Worth, TX and he died on December 4, 1992.
A funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, April 8, 2010 in the Blue Mound United Methodist Church, 8421 I #35 N. Denton, Tx with Rev. Abril Goforth officiating. Burial will follow in the Blue Mound Cemetery. The family will be at the Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, for visitation on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. Memorials may be made to the Blue Mound United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Trietsch is survived by daughters Nancy L. Franklin of Sanger, Mary Lorita Sharp of Dallas, step daughters Shirley Haisler and husband J. B. of Sanger, Evelyn Yeatts and husband Clyde of Gainesville, sons Kenneth Earl Moorman and wife Karin of Austin, James Irwin Moorman of Wall, N.J., stepson Thomas Trietsch and wife Kay of Sanger, twenty-one grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, and twelve great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son Gary Lee Moorman.
