Velma Lucille Lemke was born on December 9th, 1927. She was the 10th of 12 children born to Emma C. and Wilhelm G. Lemke in Guymon, Oklahoma.
Velma passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019, in Denton. She is preceded in death by her children Barbara Arnold, Larry Williams, and David Williams.
Velma is survived by her children Betty Hylton, Richard Williams, and Sharon Williams, as well as 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11:00AM in the chapel at Denton Funeral Home. Private burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Denton. Arrangements under the direction of Denton Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
