Tristan Blake Mironack was born on July 7th, 2006 to loving and excited parents. He was constantly surrounded by family and friends who loved him dearly. Everyone was excited to see him grow and reach his fullest potential. It was just not meant to be. For whatever reason God wanted our baby.

Our loving Tristan Blake lost his fight for life on the evening of November 25th, 2006. He had fought a good fight, surviving open heart surgery at 5 weeks. He was happy, growing, smiling, good natured little boy. He developed a respiratory illness that already compromised little body was unable to fight off, in spite of all the loving, constant care provided to him by the staff of Children's Medical Center in Dallas.

Tristan is survived by his parents, Jennifer and Scott Mironack of Flower Mound. He is survived by grandparents, Janet and Jerry Mack of Highland Village, Don Stacy of Bedford, John Mironack of The Colony and Audrey Mironack of Irving. He had loving aunts and uncles, Jordan Mack, Justin Mack, Jinger Mack, Joel Mironack and Julie Mironack. He is also survived by his brother Austin and his cousin Brooke. He had numerous sets of great grandparents. Tristan was preceded in death by his sisters, Alyson Paige and Autumn Nicole.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 2nd, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Tristan's name to the children's charity of your choice, the March of Dimes or the Children's Medical Center of Dallas.
