Tommy "Tom" Parker met Jesus and picked out his mansion in Heaven on March 26, 2025. He graced this world with his presence on January 17, 1953. He was the 4th child of 11 born to Dalton and Mary (Allred) Parker. He was born in the hometown of his favorite singer Elvis in Tupelo, Mississippi.

He is survived by his wife Blenda Parker, 2 sons Thomas Parker and his wife Robyn of Aubrey, TX. Tim Parker and his wife Jamie of Rockport, TX. 3 sisters Dorothy Thomas, Tammy Chandler, and Lisa Olsen. 7 grandchildren Travis, Bridgett, Tommy Dale, Dustin, Dusten, Courtney, and David, and 9 great grandchildren Michelle, Damien, Peter, Gwen, Parklynn, Jaxson, Parker, Tyson, and Ben. Pallbearers will be Travis Parker, Dustin Parker, Tommy Dale Parker, Dusten Bosley, David Borella, Matt Harris and James Parker. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 bothers Jimmy Parker, Ricky Parker, Gary Parker and Steve Parker, 3 sisters Faye Wright, Judy Boerner, and Brenda Appelhans and 2 granddaughters Brittany Parker and Sarah Parker.

Tom worked in construction and concrete most of his life. He also owned many vapor stores in the Denton area at one time. He has been retired for the past 5 years. Tom never gave up and that was reflected in the fight he gave cancer. He beat and exceeded every expectation the doctors gave him. He fought cancer the only way he knew how and that was to do it his way. Something he always did. He loved old cars and watched drag racing and car restoration shows in his last few years. One of his favorite cars he owned was his corvette. Tom never met a stranger and had many friends, he really loved talking and joking around with them. At the time of his homecoming Tom was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his 10th great grandchild.

The family will be receiving visitors on Saturday, March 29 from 6-8 PM and Sunday, March 30 from 2-4 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust Denton, TX 76201

The funeral services will be held Monday, March 31 at 10:30 AM at First Baptist Church of Krugerville Officiated by Bro. Sam Redfearn 5021 US 377 Aubrey, TX 76227.

Tom will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park, 3801 Roselawn Dr., Denton, TX 76207.
