Thomas Henry Coffman, 75, of Denton passed away peacefully on September 14, 2018 in Denton from a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Thomas was born in Altus, Oklahoma on October 31, 1942 the son of Thomas Harold Coffman and Lucile Fitzpatrick Coffman. He retired from Moore Business Forms after more than 40 years of service. Thomas was an avid tennis player and enjoyed refinishing furniture and antiques.
Thomas was preceded in death by his son Thomas Montgomery Coffman and is survived by his wife Francine Coffman of Denton, one daughter Tracy Wallace of Irving; son Stephen Coffman and wife Eileen of Lewisville; and three sisters Ann Vitosh, Beth Czaplinski, and Joyce Jantzen. Thomas is also survived by five grandchildren; Jessica, Kirsten, Evelyn, Shannon and Lindsey, and stepdaughter, Tammy Nicholson. The family would like to personally thank Becky Bishop and Crystal Gunter for their excellent care of Thomas.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday September 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Denton, Texas with Brother Mark Roberts officiating.
