In Loving Memory…
The Honorable Aniela "Angie" Jean Warner
A longtime resident of the Lewisville/Flower Mound area, passed away Wednesday the 9th of March at Lewisville Memorial Hospital.

Born in 1941 in Rockford, IL, Angie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science with a teaching certification from Rockford, College.

Angie briefly taught elementary students before starting and rearing a family. As her children became older, she began a career in municipal government starting as a court secretary and eventually becoming a city manager in a Dallas suburb. She also presided as a judge over several municipal courts.

Angie had three grandchildren and she enjoyed spoiling them.

She is survived by her husband, Captain Terry Owen Warner, USNRret, sons Gregory Paul Warner, Marc Owen Warner and his wife Melissa Warner, daughter Shannon Warner Sims, MD and her husband Michael Sims, MD, and grandchildren, Rachel Sims, Lauren Sims and Holton Warner.

A mass will be held at 10am Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Saint Mark Catholic Church in Argyle, Texas. Guests and family are invited to join the family for a brief reception following the service in the church hall.
