Teri H. Patton (née Henderson), of Denton, Texas, passed away on October 29, 2025. She was born on January 11, 1937, in Lawton, Oklahoma. Her parents were Robert F. Henderson and Marjorie (Flemming) Henderson. She graduated from Sunset High School in Dallas and attended the University of Texas at Austin.

On June 6, 1958, Teri married Ronald L. Patton in Dallas. Together they built a life of faith and family, raising their children in Argyle and later providing a magical gathering place for their grandchildren on their ranch in Forestburg.

A founding member of Denton Bible Church, Teri anchored her life in Scripture, with Philippians 4:6–7 as her particular favorite. Her generous and joyful hospitality touched everyone who knew her.

Teri is survived by her husband, Ronald L. Patton; her children, Linda Schmidt, Sheri Zettel, and Robert Patton; her sister, Sue Randolph; her grandchildren Luke Schmidt, Daniel Schmidt, Misty Atkinson, Paul Schmidt, Jennifer Putney, Joseph Schmidt, Garret Zettel, Steven Zettel, Michelle Carlsen, and Josephine Kosanovich; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Denton Bible Church, Denton, Texas.
