Teddy Blankenship, age 65, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away, Monday, January 19, 2009. He was born May 13, 1943 in Bengal, OK to Austin and Grace Blankenship. He married Kristi Ann Sprowls on February 5, 1970 in Clayton, OK.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Kristi Blankenship of Lewisville; two daughters, Stacey Jean Blankenship of Flower Mound and Shawna Curtis and husband Tony of Bowie, TX; son, Teddy Jordan of CO; sisters, Patsy and Lorene; brothers, William, Marvin, Jimmy Virgil, Vernon, Lonnie, and Leo Blankenship; grandchildren, Kameron Jordan, Kayla and Kyle Curtis; he was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Donnie. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 23, 2009 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home of Lewisville, TX.
