Tamra LaJoyce Bland, 46, of Denton, TX, died 7:17 P.M., Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK.
Tammy was born on August 21, 1971 in Denton, TX to Joe Colwick and Laura (Harwell) McCartney. She was married to Thomas Bland on November 1, 1990 in Denton, TX. She is a member of the Apostolic Church of McAlester.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Bland; sons, Justin Bland, Thomas Bland II, Austin Bland; daughters, Stephanie Bland, Laura Bland, Delana Bland-Munoz, McKenzie Bland; father, Joe Colwick; mother, Laura McCartney; stepfather, Lane McCartney; sister, Tonya Hanks; brother, Joe Colwick II; sons-in-law, Ben Alfaro, Juan Munoz; mother-in-law, Charline Howard; brothers-in-law, Bill Crews, Juan Carlos Garcia; sisters-in-law, Kathryn Colwick, Carla Howard, Kendra Garcia; grandchildren, Sophie Grace Bland, Fabien Bland, Savannah Bland, Alvaro Rodriguez, Jr., Emma Alfaro, Daphnie Bland, Tony Bland, Julian Munoz, Hannah Munoz, Sariah Munoz, Evangaline Munoz; nine uncles; ten aunts; nine nephews; eight nieces;  and two great-nephews, including her hero, Christopher Conley.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Larry and Betty Colwick and Vernon and Margaret Harwell; grandmother-in-law, Cordelia Jackson; father-in-law, Kenneth Howard; and brother-in-law, Kenny Howard.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Freedom Life Church, 1609 Duck Creek Rd., Sanger. Interment will follow at Jackson Cemetery, Krum.
