Suzann Snoddy Carroll entered the next life early Wednesday morning, November 29, 2023, at age 71.  She was passionate about decorating, gardening, and had been a seamstress for more than fifty years, operating a store front making drapes and bedding in Tyler Texas. However, she was best known for being a mother to not only her children, but extended that selfless and loving act to anyone who needed it, and created a legacy of love that will be passed down for generations.

Suzann was the oldest of five children, born on September 7, 1952, in Ashland Kentucky to Harry Lee Snoddy and Sarah Ann Shain Snoddy. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Erma Chapman.

She is survived by her brother Kenneth Snoddy and wife Judy, two sisters, Margaret Decker and late husband Randall, Ella Craddock and husband Paul, all three of her children; Jason Stevens and wife Leah, Jeanie Porter and husband Scott, Eddie Logsdon Jr., and 5 grandchildren; Tyler Logsdon, Krieg and Amon Stevens, Ivan and Anna Porter.

A memorial service or celebration of life is to be decided at a later date, and burial will take place at the Ann Mariah Shain Deweese Cemetery in Pine Knob, Kentucky.
