Susan Lizabeth Sprabeary, 74, of Argyle, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Medical City of Denton.

Susan Sprabeary was born on February 10, 1949, to James and Ruth Joyce Pike in Jacksonville, Texas.

She met David Paul Sprabeary in high school and could not wait to marry her soon to be, one in a lifetime true love. Their sweet love story lasted 56 years. Susan had a love for reading, listening to music, playing cards, working puzzles, and watching TV with her beloved husband and best friend. She was a beloved wife and a cherished mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband David of Argyle, Texas. Her two daughters are Wendy Walker of Argyle, Texas, Rebecca Schindler of Denton, Texas. Her Grandson Chase McLaughlin of Vernon, Texas, and her only brother Melton Scogin of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
