Susan (Mazzone) Iacobucci, age 50, of Lantana, Texas, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2009, at her home.

She was born January 11, 1959 in Youngstown, Ohio to Joseph Louis Mazzone and Geraldine Marie Stanislaw Mazzone. Susan married Joe Iacobucci on April 24, 1982 in Youngstown. She was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church in Lewisville, was a member of the Lantana Book Club and was a former volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Susan is survived by her husband, Joe; daughter, Jennifer Iacobucci and son, Michael Iacobucci both of Lantana; mother, Gerry Mazzone of Youngstown; sister, Trisha Szuhay and husband, Danny of Lindenhurst, Illinois; brother, Mike Mazzone and wife, Eileen of Chantilly, Virginia; grandmother, Julia Stanislaw of Youngstown; mother-in-law, Patricia Iacobucci of Youngstown; brothers-in-law, Mike and Zina of Youngstown, Bob and Shirley of Youngstown and Dave and Ruthe of Columbus, Ohio; aunt, Theressa DeLucca of Youngstown and aunt and uncle, Lorena and Bob Stanislaw and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Louis Mazzone, by her father-in-law, Joseph R. Iacobucci and by grandparents, Michael Stanislaw and Novella and Paul Brindiar.

Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 12, 2009, at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church in Lewisville, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Another viewing will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Thursday prior to Mass. The family requests memorial contributions made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
