Shirley Latendress, age 79, of Flower Mound, formerly of Massachusetts, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2006, in Lewisville.
She was born July 3, 1927 in Woburn, Massachusetts to Malcolm H. and Abbie Jeffery Young. Shirley was a member of the Methodist Church and a homemaker.
She is survived by daughters, Barbara Shine and Elizabeth Kaminski; sons, Arthur Briggs, William Briggs and Rene Paul Latendress; 16 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; sister, Doris Plummer and ;
brothers, Malcolm Young, Fredrick Young, and Jeffery Young. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marguerite Dimitriou and by a son, Francis Briggs.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2006, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
