Shirley Jean Fletcher, 87, of Stephenville, died Monday, December 26, 2022 at Mulberry Manor in Stephenville.

Mrs. Fletcher was born on March 17, 1935 in Omaha, Nebraska to James Charles and Ruth Kunkel (Stevens) Bohac. She was married to Raymond Lee Fletcher, Jr. on December 27, 1991 in Krum, TX. In the past she was a member of the Cooper Creek Baptist Church and the Woman's Auxiliary VFW #2205 in Denton. She worked many years for Victor Equipment in Denton.

Shirley is survived by her husband Raymond Lee Fletcher, Jr. of Stephenville; daughters, Christine O'Grady of Yorba Linda, CA, Cindy Murray of Los Angeles, CA, Lisa Fletcher of Stephenville; sons, Ernest Smith and his wife Cindy of Ponder, TX, Robert C. Smith and his wife Tonya of Conroe, TX; twelve grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter, Brenda Smith; son, William Charles Smith; sister, Linda Roberts; brothers, James Charles Bohac, Kenneth Meath.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Roselawn Memorial Park.
