Sheryle Ann Davis, 57 of Denton, died Friday, September 23, 2005 at her home. She was born December 13, 1947 in Kaplan, Louisiana to Joseph Sr. and Eva (Primeaux) Schexnider. She was married to Donald R. Davis, Sr. on July 31, 1965, he died October 28, 1994. She was a member of the Cooper Creek Baptist Church, and a Homemaker.

Funeral service will be held at 2:30 P.M. Monday, September 26, 2005 at the Cooper Creek Baptist Church, with Dr. Richard Montgomery, officiating. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in Burns City, TX The family will be at the funeral home for visitation from 4 P.M. until 6, P.M. Sunday, September 25, 2005.

She is survived by two daughters, Carla J. Davis, of Austin, Darlene D. Davis, of Lafayette, Louisiana, a son Donald R. Davis, Jr. of Lafayette, Louisiana, two sisters, Pat Hebert, of Abbieville, Louisiana and Carolyn Hoffppair, of Kaplan, Louisiana, and a brother, Joseph Schexnider, Jr. of Crowley, Louisiana, and nine Grandchildren.
