Sherry Howrilka, age 66, of Highland Village, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2008, in Lewisville.

She was born April 7, 1941 in Courtland, New York. Sherry married Donald Howrilka on June 12, 1960 in Endicott, New York. Sherry worked as a Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse at Medical Center of Lewisville.

She is survived by her husband, Donald; daughters, Tamara Ross and husband, Ted of Shady Shores and Rhonda Howrilka of Highland Village; son, Richard Howrilka and wife, Heather of Denton; grandchildren, Toni Howrilka of Denton, Michael Ross and Evan Ross of Shady Shores, Nicholas Howrilka of Argyle and Nathan Howrilka of Denton and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Donald and Diane Maestri of Camarillo, California. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Philip Stevens.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2008, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. A celebration of Sherry's life will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2008, at the funeral home.
