Sherry Ann Bloomingdale, 65, of Denton, a cherished mother, grandmother and friend, unexpectedly passed away August 2, 2014 at her home in Denton. Sherry was born on October 22, 1948, in Porterville, CA, to Joaquin Martin Ferraiz and Gloria Mae Thompson. She is survived by her son, David, daughter in law, Joni and two granddaughters, Amber, and Hope, sister, Linda and brother, Jack; and her two dogs Picasso and Cezanne.
Sherry loved art and beauty; she is now in a place of beauty and love that we can only try to imagine. Her faith kept strong as she was found with her bible lying next to her open to Psalms 27:4 One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.
