Shawn Roberts Sr. was a man after God's own heart. He made it a point to live his life submitted to the law God wrote on his heart. He was a man who understood the importance of daily repentance and total dependence on Christ for the sanctification and rejuvenation through the Holy Spirit. Shawn not only understood but walked out the call-to-action given by Jesus for the church to spread the Gospel and make Disciples of Christ. He was about his Father's business. He wasn't perfect but was willing to be refined daily for the glory of God. His understanding of God's deep love for him and the rest of humanity was the overarching reason for his willingness to be transformed by God for God. If he knew you, he loved you.
If he were here today, he would say….God loves you and so do I. Wakka, Wakka, Wakka!
