Obituary
Ruth Marilynn Irene Allison, 92, of Denton, died Monday December 7, 2009 at home in Denton.
Mrs. Allison was born on June 9, 1917 in Royal Oak, Michigan to Herman and Florence (Weeks) Randolph. She served as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Nurse Corps during WWII. She was married to Eugene Allison. They spent the next 20 years traveling the world with the United States Air Force. She was a member of Tioga United Methodist Church.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday December 10, 2009 at the Tioga United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Marilynn and Raul Smith of Tioga TX, Carolyn and Tom Smith of Mammoth Lakes CA, Janice and Mike Sullivan of Bakersfield, CA; son, William and Edna Allison of Temecula, CA. She is survived by 6 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
