Ruby ( Jo) Johnson  Morrow was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 19,2008. After years of battling strokes and diabetes, she is finally free.

Jo was bourn April 20, 1954 to Jewel ( Sims ) and Ike Johnson in Denton, Texas. She attended Denton schools and lived and worked in Denton her entire life.

On June 9, 1972, Jo married David H. Morrow of Searcy, Arkansas.

She is survived by her son, David Morrow, Jr. of Denton, Three sisters, Linda McKeown and husband David of Denton, Shirley Kraus and husband Bob of Denton, and Daphne St. John and husband Jimmy of Fort Worth. Numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews will dearly miss her.

Jo was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David, and brothers Butch Johnson and Buddy Johnson.

A memorial service to celebrate Jo's life will be held at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, July 28, 2008 at 2:00 pm.
