Obituary
Rosie Bell Venable Reaves, 75, of Flower Mound, died Thursday May 13, 2010 at Lake Village Nursing Center in Lewisville.
Mrs. Reaves was born on January 24, 1935 in Denton County to Alfred Raymond and Winnie (Bowman) Underhill. She was married to Benjamin Franklin Venable in Ft. Worth in 1951. He preceded her in death in 1988. She later married Johnnie Reaves in 1998. He preceded her in death in 2001. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, Flower Mound.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday May 17 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 Tuesday May 18 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Old Shiloh Cemetery, Flower Mound.
She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Warren of Frisco; sons, Billy
Venable of Corinth, Alan Venable of Corinth, Timothy Venable of Little Elm; sisters, Eva Oddette of Ft. Worth, Winnie Sue Johnson of Richland Chambers Lake; brothers, Jasper Underhill of Sanger, Jerry Underhill of Poolville; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
