Shepherd, Robert Henry, Jr., 88, owner of S and A Automotive, Dallas, Texas. Born February 21, 1931, in Dallas, Texas, passed away, August 1, 2019 in Argyle, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife, of 58 years, Nancy Stephenson-Shepherd, daughter Danita and husband Dane Rasmussen of St. Johns, Florida, Sons Robert "Bobby" Shepherd, III, of Houston, Texas, and Michael M. Shepherd and Dale Sullens of Aubrey, Texas. Grandsons Robert Tyler Rasmussen and wife Erica, Travis Clayton Rasmussen and wife Katie. Along with numerous Nieces and nephews.
He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. As a young man he loved to race cars and motorcycles and carried that passion throughout his life. He also served as President of the Denton Kennel Club and was an avid dog lover and breeder.
