Robert Henry Place, 84, of Denton, passed away on December 10, 2017 in Sanger, Tx. Bob was born on September 8, 1933 in Crawford, TX to Frank Place and Lucille Bunyard Place. He worked for Moore Business Forms for 32 years, where he retired as a Controller.

Bob is survived by his wife Carole Dooley Place of Denton; three daughters, Kathy Ann Hess of Dallas, D'Lynn Irby and husband Bob of Dallas and Shannon Byrne and husband Steve of Corinth; two sisters, Barbara Ann McCann of Bryan and Darlene McEnturff of Holly Lake; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is planned for 1:30 Saturday, December 16, 2017 in the Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Dooley officiating. Visitation will take place just before the service beginning at 1:00.
