He is survived by his wife, Jean; children; Kay Renfro, Larry Pinion and Doug Pinion; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and brother, Howard Pinion. He was preceded in death by one son, Ron Pinion on November 11, 2002.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 23, 2009, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Gunter Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
