Bob's visionary spirit led to his dream of providing metro bus service in Denton. He was the owner and operator of the City Transit Busline in the early 1950's, which provided city wide transportation prior to the industrialized era when automobile ownership rose and this service seemed obsolete. Bob was a man of integrity and delivered milk for Brooke's Dairy; drove for Trailways Busline, served as an officer with the Denton Police Department. He retired from the Texas Highway Department.
