Rich Sullivan, age 67, of Lewisville, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2009.

He was born January 28, 1942 in Westfield, New Jersey to Henry Sullivan and Vera Braitner Sullivan. Rich is survived by his wife, Patricia; son, Richard F. Sullivan; four grandchildren and brother, Henry Sullivan. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kim Ann.
