Reneé Michelle Blackburn was born in Denton Texas on January 11th, 1977 and passed away on May 10th, 2024 at 4:26 PM. Renee is survived by her parents Vicki Blackburn of Sanger, Tx Tommy Blackburn of Gainesville, Tx, her brother Kevin Blackburn of Denton, Tx, her two children Tyler Pierce of Denton, Tx Maci Michelle Pierce of Sanger, Tx, grandchild Indie Pierce of Sanger, Tx, and many Nieces and Nephews.

Reneé lived a very adventurous life with many hobbies and accomplishments. She held the title of 1993-1994 North Texas State Fair Rodeo Queen in her younger years and continues to hold membership at the North Texas State Fair and Rodeo. Reneé was also an amazing athlete who won many co-ed Softball tournaments and Cornhole tournaments. Being the one to beat led Reneé to make many friends along the way. Reneé was free spirited, beautiful, and full of life. She loved her family and friends dearly.

Funeral services will be held at Mulkey-Bowles Montgomery Funeral Home on Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at 2:00 PM. 705 N. Locust Denton, Texas 76201
