Obituary
Ray Allen Kliewer, 84, of Denton, died Monday October 5, 2015 at home.
Mr. Kliewer was born on November 16, 1930 in Cordell, OK to Cornelius R. and Lizzie (Ratliff) Kliewer. He was married to Ruth Brown in Van Horn, TX in 1974. He graduated from Southwestern State University with a Bachelor's degree. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean conflict. He worked as a laboratory technician for many years.
Ray is survived by his wife, Ruth Kliewer; daughters, Teresa Badgett of Denton, Cheryl Slight of Denton; stepsons, Mike Daniell of San Antonio, Steve Daniell of Round Rock, Greg Daniell of Detroit, MI; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 9:30 AM Monday, October 12, 2015 at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, TX.
