Ray Alexander, age 87, of Lewisville, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2007 in Lewisville.

He was born December 18, 1919 in Denton County to Jim and Clemey Hurley Alexander. Ray was a member of the Grapevine Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Lambert and husband, Paul of Coppell; son, Luther Alexander of Denton; grandchildren, Lisa Baltierra and Amber Zuniga; great grandchildren, Azra Zuniga, Amir Zuniga and Vitali Zuniga; sister, Clemey Brewer of Chico, Texas and brothers, Ned Alexander of Chico and Milton Alexander of Duncanville.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2007, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow in Grapevine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family requests memorial contributions made to the Alzheimer's Association, 7610 N.
