Randy was born on Friday, June 15 of 1961 to Gene and Mary Lou. He was called home to be with the Lord on July 16, 2021. Randy is survived by his 4 sons, Steven David and his 4 children Jessilyn, Ashton, Jada and Radley of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Curtis David and his son of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Ben Neal and his wife, Lauren and their 3 children, Camren, James and Savannah of Lewisville Texas; James "Kris" Neal and his wife Samantha and their 4 children, Scott, Mark, Cole and Allison of Denton, Texas, bonus daughter Kelli Waller. He is also survived by his brother, Jim Neal his wife Pat "Tiggy" and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends. Randy is preceded in death by his beloved mother Mary Lou and her husband San Ferguson. Also preceded in death by his father Melvin Eugene Neal and his sister Charlotte David. Randy worked as a commercial property manager for over 30 years for The Hurst Family in Lewisville. He recently went into early retirement to focus on his health after learning of his 3rd bout of cancer. Randy contracted COVID-19 and was unable to fight the infection due to the chemotherapy. Randy had a sense of humor like no other. Within the last year, Randy started writing short stories about his life. He loved to laugh, tell jokes and pull pranks. He loved to go to out shooting and fishing.

Randy's wishes were to be cremated. We will be holding a memorial service at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church located at 27260 FM 121 in Tioga on July 31, 2021 at 1 pm. We will be having a lunch to fellowship with the family before the service that will begin at 12pm.
