Ramon Andaluz Duenas, 70, of Denton, Texas passed away on October 22, 2012. He was born December 13, 1941 in Acajutla, El Salvador to Julian and Angela (Andaluz) Duenas. He was married to Danna Kay Tiner on May 8, 2009 in Denton. He was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church. He was a Retired Ship Pilot for forty years and was currently working for Texas Woman's University.
He is survived by his wife Danna Kay Duenas of Denton, daughters, Alma Andaluz of Kenner, Louisiana, Johnetta of Alberta. Canada, Marisa of California, sons Ramon Duenas of Denton, Julian Duenas of Denton, Brothers, Rotillio of California, and Ombidio of El Salvador, five Grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. October 30, 2012 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home. 705 N. Locust, Denton, with Rev. Sam Redfearn officiating. The family will be at the funeral home on Monday, October 29, 2012 from 7 P.M. until 8 P.M. for visitation.
