Rama Colleen Pfaffly, 68, of Denton, died Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Wheeler Place in Gainesville.

Mrs. Pfaffly was born on May 1, 1948 in Bucklin, MO to Raymond and Ruth (Jirmars) Head. She owned and operated Ramas Courtyard Café in Denton for many years and then retired from the University of North Texas managing Verde Food Services. She was a member of Denton Bible Church.

Rama is survived by her son, Brandon Pfaffly and his wife Samantha of Argyle; grandchildren, Ben Pfaffly and Taylor Pfaffly; sister, Phyllis Guyer and her husband Darrell of Pleasant Hill, MO; brother, Jerry Dale Head of Kearney, MO.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home 705 N. Locust, Denton. The funeral service will be at 3:00Pm Friday, October 14, 2016 in the chapel of Denton Bible Church, 2300 E. University Dr., Denton. Interment will be at Bucklin Masonic Cemetery, Bucklin, Missouri.
