Ralph James Rainey, 87, born June 21, 1926 to Buell and Nena Rainey in Slidell, Texas, passed away on July 30, 2013 in McKinney.

Memorial services were held at Autumn Leaves Assisted Living Center on Friday, the 2nd day of August at 4:00 PM.

As a young man, Mr. Rainey served his country by enlisting in the Navy He chose a lifelong career in sales, with Moore Business Forms in Dallas. Mr. Rainey touched the hearts of all who knew him, with his smile and charming ways. He was always a dapper gentleman; complete, with his hat of choice, for each occasion.

He is survived by his daughter, Marsha Rainey, of Boulder, Colorado.

A graveside service will be held, at a later date, in Roselawn Memorial Park, in Denton
