Phyllis Lacy

April 30, 1946 – May 9, 2024

Phyllis Jane Lacy passed away in her sleep on May 9, 2024 and began the greatest day she has ever experienced, with her Lord.  She was preceded in death by her husband John Lacy and mother Margaret Rouse. Born in Mulberry, AR on April, 30, 1946, Phyllis had just celebrated her 78th birthday.

Phyllis has 3 sons:  Kepp Andrews & wife Carol, Scott Andrews & wife Kim, Stefan Andrews & wife Diahann. She has six grandchildren: Justin, Lacy, Cassy, Jeremy, Jeffrey and Faith. She has four great-grandchildren:  Hollis, Holton, Clara and Brookson. She has two brothers and three sisters:  Roy Ball and wife Patricia, Tommy Ball and wife Connie, Brenda Watkins and husband Fred, Tawana Rhodes and Becky Johnson. She also leaves behind many nephews and nieces.

Phyllis was a proud Mary Kay cosmetics director for almost 50 years, winning many awards and over a dozen pink cars during her career.

She was a member of the church of Christ and attended Lewisville Church of Christ, Richland Hills Church of Christ and others throughout her life.

Alzheimer's took her away from her friends and family long before she was gone.  It was a difficult battle and she fought it hard just like she always did in her life, she always believed and always gave it her all.

Her earthly battle is over, she fought the good fight, she has finished her race well, she kept the faith, on May 9th she heard, "Well done good and faithful servant. Enter into the joy of your master."

We are grateful to have known her and happy for her.
