Phillip John Simon, age 71, passed away at his home in Denton, Texas February 5,2014.
Phillip was born in Muskegon, Michigan May 30, 1942 to Edward and Elizabeth Simon.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Lynne Marie Simon. They were married December 9, 1980 in Dallas, Texas. Brother Edward Jr. and sister-in-law JoAnn Simon of Muskegon, Michigan. Children Shawn Simon Posthumus, Brian Simon, Mel Simon of Michigan. Patricia Berhow, Jennifer Simon, Renee Simon, David Simon of Texas and several nieces, nephews and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by parents Edward Sr. and Elizabeth Simon, brother Gayle Simon, and sister Inez Simon Whitaker. He will be deeply missed
