Pauline B. Stanley, 87, of Denton, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Golden Meadows in Denton.
Mrs. Stanley was born on November 24, 1927 in Fort Worth to Clarence Arthur and Ruby Pauline Bryant Buckley. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas. She was married to George L Stanley, Jr. She worked for many years as a secretary for the College of Music at the University of North Texas
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Cresson and her husband Charles of Denton; son, David Stanley and his wife Karen of Carthage; two grandsons, Kurt Stanley and his wife, Yvette of Saginaw and Kerry Stanley of Arlington; four great-grandchildren, Regan Stanley, Kennedy Stanley, Alyssa Stanley, and Amelia Stanley. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Louise Hartwig and brothers, James Buckley and Lee Buckley.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 28, 2015 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
The family would especially like to thank Ann's Haven Hospice and the staff at Golden Meadows for the loving care they displayed to Pauline Stanley.

FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE AT 3:00 PM SUNDAY. INTERMENT WILL BE PRIVATE ON MONDAY MARCH 2 AT ROSELAWN MEMORIAL PARK.
