Paul Edward Schneikart, age 64, of Highland Village, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2008, in Lewisville.

He was born December 4, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois to Frederick William Schneikart and Rose Catherine Lane Schneikart. Paul received his Bachelor's Degree from Kansas State University. He married Melissa Barbee St. Pierre on December 26, 1998 in Flower Mound. Paul worked as a professional mechanical engineer for Competition Trailer in Henderson, Texas.

He is survived by his loving family; wife, Melissa; children, Melanie Alexander and husband, Britain of Los Angeles, California and Stephanie Green of Austin, Texas; step-children; Theresa Turner-St. Pierre and husband, Bruce Turner of Highland Village and Marie St. Pierre also of Highland Village; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Kieran, Camryn, Charles, Ryan, Chloe and John; his sister, Joan Christiansen and husband, Charles of Tacoma, Washington and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at Faith Lutheran Church in Flower Mound. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2008, also at the church. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Faith Lutheran Church Music Ministry, 6000 Morriss Road, Flower Mound, Texas 75028.
