Obituary

Patty A. Pennell Nalley was born September 12, 1934 to Lorene Pennell at Butterfield MO. When she was 7yrs old Lorene married Blaine Ray and moved to Olathe KS. Patty lived on & off with W.H.(Burg) & Vida Pennell, attending school in Olathe & Butterfield. On December 1st 1951 Patty married Neal L. Nalley at Olathe Kansas, Neal preceded her in death in January 1997. This union produced 4 children, Cindy Nalley, Sheryl Lim, Terry Nalley, wife Lisa of Bentonville, Ark and Shelley (Penny) Norton. Patty had six grandchildren Amie, April, Monique, Chris, Derrick, and Brian, and one great grandchild, Angel, who was her life. She is survived by 2 brothers, Jim Ray & his wife Jeannie of Garnett KS, Jerry Ray & his wife Sally of Olathe KS, a host of nieces, nephews & cousins she loved very much, and her Aunt Pauline Dummitt of Cassville MO. Patty worked many years as a proofreader in Kansas City MO. Retiring from Denton Community Hospital as food supervisor in 1989. Patty was a member of Cornerstone Pentecostal Church of Denton, Pastor Mark Boudreaux, and she was loved by a great church family. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 A. M. Saturday, January 21, 2006 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at Mt Pleasant Cemetery in Butterfield MO at 2 P.M. Sunday, January 22, 2006, with Rev Mark Boudreaux officiating. Mulkey-Mason Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
