Patricia Ann Fenton, 74, of Denton passed away on November 28, 2022. Patricia was born in Lubbock, Texas on October 26, 1948, the daughter of Billy Joe Tilger and Carolyn (Wilbanks) Tilger.

Patricia loved playing basketball and was very active in high school. She was a graduate of West Texas State University and was an elementary school teacher in the Amarillo area for many years. She loved teaching Sunday school and hosting backyard Bible clubs when her kids were younger. She loved her family, especially her 8 grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Robert Fenton, daughters, Stephanie Stanley, husband Doug and their children Adelyn, Aria, Annabelle, and Alexa Stanley of Lantana, TX and Meredith Hull, husband Cary and their children Jonathan, Josiah, Judah and Ruthie Mae Hull of Denton, TX.  She is also survived by her brothers, Mike Tilger, Dr. Larry Tilger, and Dr. Jim Tilger and their families.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 10:00 am at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home in Denton, Texas. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 11:00 am.  Burial will be at a later date at the DFW National Cemetery.
