Oscar Everett Taylor, Jr., age 86, of Lewisville, passed away Tuesday morning, March 24, 2009.  Oscar was born December 2, 1922 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Oscar Everett Taylor, Sr. and Drew Price Taylor.  He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and made his early career as a manufacturer's representative for major national companies.  He later made a career in cattle sales.  During his many years in sales, Oscar extensively traveled the United States with his loving wife of 51 years.  They both truly enjoyed their adventures together, meeting new friends and seeing new places.  Oscar is survived by his wife, Emma Dell Taylor of Lewisville; son, Don Taylor and his wife, Patricia of Lewisville; granddaughter, Meguire Leigh Taylor of Fort Worth, TX; brother, Don and Patsy Taylor of Tulsa, OK; cousin, Mack Thompson of Little Rock, AR; sister-in-law Madge Atwood and niece, Sherry Atwood of Jackson, MS; and many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00p.m., Saturday, March 28, 2009 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, TX.
