Nicholas Ryan Hecht, 21, of Denton died Thursday August 12, 2010 at home in Denton.
Mr. Hecht was born on June 25, 1989 in Houston, TX to Rex Laune and Lisa Ruth (Stephens) Hecht. He was attending North Central Texas College studying technical writing.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday August 17, 2010 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton. The service will be officiated by The Reverend Gail Gateley.
Nicholas is survived by his parents, Rex and Lisa Hecht of Denton; grandparents, Morris B. and Evelyn J. Stephens of Tuscon, AZ, Joy Vanderpoole of Marble Falls; sisters, Victoria Hecht of Denton, Abigail Hecht of Denton; aunt, Linda Herman of Omaha, NE; uncles, Marty Stephens of Tuscon, AZ, John and his wife Barbara Stephens of Houston; cousin, Madison Stephens of Houston. He was preceded in death by a grandparent, Dean Hecht.
Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
