Obituary
Myrtle Cletus Hilliard, 95, of Denton, went to be with her Lord and into the Gates of Heaven on Thursday October 20, 2005 at her home.
Mrs. Hilliard was born February 7, 1910 in Platter, OK to Walter and Willie Wade (Chapman) Burrows. She loved raising animals and planting gardens, and her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Billie (Hilliard) Foster, sons, Bobby Gene Hilliard, Johnny Wayne Hilliard; sisters, Bobbie McGar, Dorothy Lewis, all of Denton. She was also blessed with 11 grandchildren, and too many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews to name. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sons, five brothers, and one sister.
We love you Mee-Maw and we'll always miss you.
The family would like to thank Mercy Hospice, who we could of never been able to go through this without their loving hands, Dr. Saraiya, Dr. Kaplan, and Denton Regional Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday October 24, 2005 at Oakwood Cemetery. Rev.Dian Dietz will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday October 23 at the funeral home.
Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
