Obituary
Mildred Ruth Stone , 89, of Denton, died Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Denton Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Stone was born on April 20, 1924 in Johnson City, Tennessee to Roy A. and Anna Belle (Booth) Turner. She was a member of Gateway United Baptist Church and a bookkeeper for many years at Moore Business Forms. She was married to Raymond Stone on June 5, 1973 in Okmulgee, OK.
Mrs. Stone is survived by her daughters, Marsha Leffel of Denton Debra Isbell of Denton; son, James Huffhines, III of Denton; fifteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Stone and daughters, Anne K. Huffines and Sharon B. Hestand.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, April 18, 2014 in the chapel of Mulkey Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton. Rev. Buddy Owens will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
