Michael Charping Lindamood, 70, of Ponder, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Denton.

Mike was born on March 1, 1949 in Sanger to William Stuart Lindamood, II and Helen Odette Snider Lindamood. He married Shirley Upchurch on October 28, 1967 in Carrollton. He worked as an engineer for many years at Southwest Airlines.

Michael is survived by his wife, Shirley Lindamood of Ponder; sons, Steve Lindamood and his wife Bernette of Lake Dallas, Mark Lindamood of Lewisville; sister, Janet Meier of Irving; brother, William "Bill" Stuart Lindamood, III and his wife Wanda of Missouri City, TX; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday April 3, 2019 at Freedom Church, 2435 E Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75010.
